Note: RE Will of ADA BODIMEADE late of Stanmore Widow deceased - Probate of the Will of the said deceased dated 20th September 1950 granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 9th October 1951 Pursuant to the Wills Probale and Administration Act 1890-1940 the Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and the Trustee Act 1925-1942 Josephine Jane Ruth Jones and Peggy Hilda May Horton the Executrices to whom Probate was grantid of the Will of the said Ada Bodimeade who died on the 24th July 1951 hereby give Notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the Estate of the said deceased are requested to send particulars of their claims to the said Executrices at the under-mentioned address on or before the 31st May 1952 at the expiration of which time the said Executrices will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice Dated this 17th March 1952 S E COOK & SON
