Effects under £3000 The will of Henry Bodimeade late of Edgware in teh County of Middlesex Plumber deceased who died 12 November 1860 at Brompton in the said County was proved at the Principal Probate Registry by the oaths of Ann Bodimeade of Edgware aforesaid Widow the Relict Thomas Henry Bodimeade of the same place Plumber the son and Abraham Walker of Barnet in the County of Hertford Ironmonger the Executors.

Property in the possession of Henry Bodimeade at his death: 1. A brick-built freehold dwelling-house and baker's shop with yard and premises situate in the village of Elstree 2. Two freehold brick and timber built cottages situate in Barnet Lane near Elstree aforesaid 3. A freehold brick and tiled house called Pennywell Cottage with garden situate in Fortune Lane in Elstree aforesaid 4. Two copyhold brick and tiled cottages at Edgware held of the Manor f Edgware and Boyes at a moderate quit rent
