Bread is made - in a portable mediaeval oven - at most events. A variety of different types of bread feature on Rosa Mundi's menu.

A fire is started in the oven and bellows may be needed to raise it to the required temperature.

When the oven has been heated up, the fire is raked out and the dough put into the oven.

The oven door is sealed until the bread is ready. All that remains is to eat it!
