Winter Soiree

We at SCA would like to welcome all of our lovely volunteers, whether you’re new to SCA or whether you’re an SCA veteran, to a new year at Durham. We have a fantastic range of brand spanking new projects, from working with those with mental health problems in Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds to collaborating with the East Durham Trust to provide food baskets to disadvantaged families in FEED and organising themed parties for young people with physical or learning difficulties in Children’s Parties, there’s something for everyone.

But don’t worry, returners, lots our older projects are there too! Some of these may have been renamed, so get in touch if you can’t find the one you’re looking for – it might still be there under a new name.

Also, keep a look out for our exciting fundraising events coming up throughout the year, including jazz nights and wine tasting evenings, as well as our annual oSCArs awards ceremony.

Most of all, however, we hope you have a fantastic year and we’d love to see you getting stuck into volunteering (especially if it’s on one of our projects!)
