Help to organise and run engaging activity workshops and challenges for adults in the community. Adults who attend the workshops have issues relating to mental health and anxiety. The session is used to inform them about the importance of exercise and to get them involved in some interactive and social activities. Challenges are set every 6 weeks, past challenges include a 5K walk, raft building and canoeing!
