Active Steps

The project provides community-based low level physical activity interventions to engage clients from hard-to-reach groups, such as those affected by substance       misuse, homeless people, ex-offenders, long term limiting illness (physical or mental) and those who have disengaged from physical activity. Participants have benefited from improved quality of life, better physical health and wellbeing, and have been empowered via improved mood and increased self-esteem.
