Welcome to the DST website.

DST is the union for drama at Durham University. Durham has one of the most exciting student theatre scenes in the country, with over fifty productions annually and over twenty-five active theatre companies. DST looks after those companies as well as our members, helping them out with training courses, discounted tickets, services, facilities and the management of our very own theatre - the Assembly Rooms. From Pinter to Porter, Shakespeare to Sondheim, there is no shortage of opportunities in DST. Theatre that speaks volumes
