Website Updates

Posted by Andy Burn (Durham) on 5 January 2010, 13:11

Following two usability evaluations of this website conducted by MSc students at Keele University, a series of changes and improvements have been made to the website.

  • Breadcrumb navigation: A breadcrumb trail (e.g. Site Navigation: home ยป news) has been included at the top of the page to aid navigation within the site.
  • Fluid page width: The site now expands to fit the width of your browser, rather than remaining at a fixed-width.
  • Broken links: The studies uncovered some broken or mis-directed links, which have been fixed.
  • Minor fixes: Some minor errors in the website have been repaired, such as a layout problem with low resolution monitors.

We would like to extend our thanks to Joley Haywood and Mohamed Rahim for their efforts in helping to improve this website.
