The e-resource I require isn't working. What should I do?

When you come across a problem with an e-resource it is initially worthwhile closing down your browser and starting afresh as temporary problems and blips can occur. You should also check that the software you are using to view the item is up to date.

If you still cannot access the e-resource, please check that the journal issue or book you require is covered by the Library's subscriptions and remember to use the Library web pages as your starting point so the sites that you are linking to know that you are a Durham user. To access some e-resources you will need further passwords as well as your ITS username and password; please see the 'E-journal Passwords' web page.
