St John’s College seeks to appoint a person of with strong leadership, pioneering and relational skills to serve as Director of Formation and Mixed-Mode Training at Cranmer Hall, training Christlike missional leaders in both a residential and mixed-mode context.
Cranmer Hall will be launching an innovative Mixed-Mode Pathway in September 2019 and the post-holder will be responsible for developing and overseeing this creative initiative, including working with supervisors, supporting students and undertaking some teaching. The post-holder will also direct the placement programme at Cranmer Hall which offers students an unrivalled range of placement opportunities and contexts.
This role offers the successful applicant the chance to serve within a vibrant and energetic TEI and partner with local churches to see students practically trained to live and share the good news of Jesus.
