St John’s College seeks to appoint a person of outstanding leadership, academic and teaching ability to serve as Director of Mission and Evangelism at Cranmer Hall, training Christlike missional leaders to live and share the good news of Jesus. Cranmer Hall is in a period of exciting growth and development and this role offers the chance to join a Christian community committed to serving the needs of the church in this generation.
The post-holder will be responsible for teaching and training in Mission and Evangelism at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, working with and supervising a growing number of ordinands, free church and independent students. Applicants should have a passion for, and experience of, fruitful mission and evangelism in the local church, together with a capacity to teach and support people for training for ministry in a variety of contexts.
