I am interested in probability theory and statistical mechanics, in particular the dimer model. More recently, I have been studying the so-called liquid-gas transition which naturally appears for domino tilings of the two-periodic Aztec diamond.

I was a postdoctoral researcher with Patrik Ferrari at the University of Bonn, Germany between 2014 and 2016. Between 2011 and 2014, I was a postdoctoral researcher in Kurt Johansson's Random Matrix Theory group at KTH Stockholm, Sweden. I obtained my PhD under the guidance of Richard Kenyon at Brown University, USA in 2011.
